The mall currently has 19 accessible lifts and 4 secured lifts.
- City Center lift (1 unit Hyundai scenic - serves LG, UG, & 2-3)
- Installed 2010, replacing the former 1990s Hyundai. It uses Type 40 buttons and has orange indicator. Chime used is the 2-stage Luxen but it is turned off.
- Annex Main lift (2 units former modded Hyundai scenic, now VIKING - serves LG, UG, & 2-5)
- Installed 2008, Former modded Hyundai having uses Type 40 buttons and had red indicator. Chimes are sometimes turned off.
- Annex BPO lift (2 units Hyundai passenger - serves UG & 6)
- Same as Annex Main.
- Annex Service lift (2 units former modded Hyundai service, now VIKING- serves mall levels, inaccessible to guests)
- Same as Annex Main and BPO
- The Block lift (2 units former modded Hyundai, now Syney, serves G & 2-5)
- Former modded Hyundai having Shanghai STEP buttons. Current incarnation doesn't have chimes.
- North Towers lift (6 units Hyundai passenger, 3 east + 3 west, serves G & 2-6)
- New gen Hyundai with Type 60 buttons. It has a wheelchair-friendly operating panel. Uses the Shanghai Hyundai chimes.
- North Link lift (2 units Hyundai, serves G & 2-6)
- Installed 2010/2011. Uses Type 40 buttons, one lift has the older 2007 chime but turned off while the other has the 2011 chime.
- Carpark Plaza lift (1 unit former modded old Hyundai now VIKING , serves G & 2-6 plus 1 unit new Hyundai, serves G & 2-7)
- Old Hyundai is always under maintenance. The new one has circular hall indicators and uses the 2011 chime.
- Sky Garden lift (2 units former modded Hyundai, now Syney, one per direction, serves G & 2)
- Same fixtures and chimes with The Annex. Uses orange indicator.
- The SM Store lift (1 unit former modded Hyundai, now VIKING, serves LG, UG, & 2-3)
- The oldest Hyundai lift in the mall that is still in operation.
- H&M lift (1 unit Hyundai, serves 2-5, levels 4 and 5 locked by pincode as the area is used as a stockroom)
- Has circular hall lanterns and uses the 2011 chime.
