ARK Towers West (Japanese: アークタワーズウエスト, Āku Tawāzu Uesuto), also called ARK Hills Residential Building B (Japanese: アークヒルズ住宅B棟, Āku Hiruzu Jyūtaku B-Tō), is a 22-storey residential building within the ARK Hills development in Tokyo, Japan. The building contains 147 residential apartments, of which more than half are fully-furnished serviced residences with the rest being unfurnished rental apartments. An arrival pavilion connects the building with ARK Towers East next door. ARK Hills Spa (Japanese: アークヒルズスパ, Āku Hiruzu Supa), a comprehensive members-only wellness facility, opened in September 2000 on level 1 of this building.
